Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing and engaging care for four-year-old children, ensuring a safe and loving classroom environment.
• Plan, prepare, and implement Biblically-based curriculum aligned with the South Dakota Early Learning Guidelines and the One in Christ Curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages growth, creativity, and independence.
• Partner with parents to support each child’s developmental journey.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with parents, children, and staff.
• Effectively manage a classroom of up to 10 four-year-old children, ensuring a structured and positive experience.

Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Pass a Background Check.
• Must have or obtain upon hiring CPR certification and SD ECE Orientation.
• Hold or are in the process of obtaining a CDA Credential (Child Development Associate), Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, OR have 2+ years of experience as a lead teacher in a licensed childcare center and willing to enroll in the CDA or Early Childhood Associates program.
